Job summary

Add People in Altrincham is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to spearhead outbound sales to UK and Ireland service-based businesses, introducing digital marketing solutions. The role is office-based, full-time, Monday to Friday, with a base of £30k plus uncapped commission and an ambitious £50k-£55k OTE.

You will generate and convert new B2B opportunities, target business owners and decision-makers, and maintain CRM with a focus on hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, telesales or account management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect through phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers.
• Pitch and sell campaign management trials and digital marketing solutions.
• Build relationships and manage opportunities through the sales process.
• Close B2B deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Meet daily/weekly outbound activity and talk-time targets.
• Keep CRM and pipeline activity up to date.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
