Job summary

Aspired Talent Ltd in Chorley is seeking an Internal Business Development Manager to build customer relationships, drive sales and develop target regions in the UK & Ireland. You will work with Sales, Marketing and PAR Group teams to grow accounts and gather market insights.

This role offers uncapped commission, a basic salary in the range shown and benefits, with standard 8am-5pm hours on weekdays based in the Chorley office.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Outbound telephone communication with customers and developing positive customer relationships.
• Drive brand product and services awareness, loyalty and sales; gather customer insights.
• Processing and administering customer enquiries, from costing through to quotation and completion.
• Updating the CRM system with customer and supplier information.
• Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required.
• Pushing out into the field to visit customers and develop target regions.
