Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) in Marlow, UK, seeks a proactive Customer Services Agent to support a busy B2B environment and process customer orders using SAP and related systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

The role requires strong data entry, excellent communication, and a careful, process-driven approach to handle inquiries, pricing, deliveries and vendor requirements within SOPs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• B2B customer service experience preferred
• Order processing experience preferred
• Strong data entry and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Accurately process a high volume of customer orders, including FOC and single-line orders
• Monitor order queues and prioritise workload to meet service levels
• Interact with customers by phone, email or face to face
• Provide pricing and delivery information in line with SOPs
• Record enquiries, actions and outcomes for audit and improvement
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Logistics and After-Sales Support to resolve issues
