Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Customer Service professional in the United Kingdom to act as the primary day-to-day interface for assigned UK account partners. You will review orders, process in SAP, and expedite as needed while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

You will handle quotes, returns, and credit/debit investigations, and regularly discuss On-Time Delivery and backlog with account partners, following TESOG procedures and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 4+ years of related work experience.
• Requires high school diploma.
• AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day interface for UK account partners.
• Carry out contract reviews on orders/schedules and process them in SAP.
• Progress and expedite orders; process requests for quotations.
• Process customer returns and investigate credits/debits.
• Conduct regular reviews with accounts on On-Time Delivery, backlog and support issues.
• Review and act on order-related reports and follow TESOG policies.
