Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to partner with the EMEA Marketing team and drive changes across sales and marketing processes, including E-Commerce. You will map requirements, support testing and training, and work in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

You will bring 5+ years of BA/PM experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SAP; travel within Europe is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a business analyst and/or project manager.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable.
• Experience with SAP desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly with IT and business stakeholders as a bridge between them.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage business analysis workstreams for B2C Marketing initiatives.
• Develop clear business requirements, process maps and data flow diagrams.
• Coordinate UAT and training, ensure solutions are tested against requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
