Job summary

Halmer Recruit in High Wycombe is seeking a Client Project Coordinator to manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers, coordinating their projects from brief through to delivery.

You will act as the link between customers and internal teams such as Production, Operations, Purchasing, and Accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and updates are provided.

This is a fully office-based role with Monday–Friday hours, 23 days holiday, a company bonus and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects, orders or workstreams from start to finish.
• Experience dealing with B2B customers.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers and act as a key point of contact.
• Coordinate customer projects and orders from brief through to completion.
• Translate customer requirements into clear internal instructions and manage deadlines.
