Job summary

Halmer Group in High Wycombe is seeking a Client Project Coordinator to join the Client Services team. This fully office-based role will own a portfolio of existing customers and coordinate their projects from brief through production to delivery.

You will act as the essential link between customers and internal teams (Production, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, Despatch and Accounts) to ensure requirements are understood, milestones met and updates provided.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple projects, orders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience dealing with B2B customers.
• Able to own work and progress it proactively.
• Comfortable with quotations, costs or customer orders.
• Strong telephone, email and face-to-face communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers and act as a key point of contact.
• Coordinate customer projects and orders from brief through to completion.
• Translate customer requirements into clear internal instructions.
• Prepare estimates and quotations.
• Monitor multiple live projects and deadlines.
• Update customers on progress and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, Despatch and Accounts.
• Liaise with external suppliers and partners as needed.
• Check specs and proofs to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain internal dashboards and WIP information.
• Investigate and coordinate solutions to issues.
• Prepare completed work for accurate customer billing.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services.
