Job description

Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for a B2B Client Account Manager with a strong background in retail or customer care management, offering an opportunity to gain an on-the-job degree.

About the Role

Our client has ambitious growth plans, providing excellent prospects for career progression. Your contributions will be fully acknowledged and rewarded.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday only

Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 depending on experience, with no commission on top

Responsibilities:
  1. Build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MD/CEO of large organizations.
  2. Work closely with the Manager to achieve objectives.
About You:
  1. Experience in winning new business and building long-lasting B2B relationships.
  2. Passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, and client meetings.
  3. Tenacious with a business curiosity to identify and explore new opportunities.
  4. Willing to learn and adapt, viewing this as a career progression opportunity as a Commercial Account Executive.
  5. Consultative approach, effective questioning, active listening, and ability to advise on products and solutions.
