Join to apply for the Client Account Manager role at Impel.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for existing customers, managing relationships, retention, and growth strategies across your portfolio. You will develop strong relationships by sharing performance metrics and insights to position Impel’s products as best in class. Working closely with clients, you will understand their business needs and align them with Impel products. To succeed, you should be organized, strategic, an excellent communicator, and proactive in follow-up.

You will join a small, rapidly scaling UK-based team representing customers across the UK automotive retail industry. The role is home-based, requiring a motivated, self-starting approach, but also collaborative, with regular team calls, meetings, and social events to foster a cohesive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in your portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional service as the primary contact for client inquiries, aiming for client satisfaction.
  • Deliver customer insights and consultation through reviews and meetings, demonstrating market understanding and helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with client objectives.
  • Identify and resolve barriers to success, managing internal resources accordingly.
  • Contribute customer insights to Product teams for new features and improvements.
  • Handle all client requests professionally and promptly.
  • Use Salesforce to document and track customer interactions.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives as needed.
