Howden is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business within its Employee Benefits division. You will proactively respond to inquiries, make outbound calls, and arrange meetings for consultants while supporting campaigns with content and advice for clients and prospects.

You will manage own workload and pipeline, demonstrate commercial awareness, and work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in a B2B telesales / telemarketing role.
• Ability to manage workload and pipeline to completion.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
