Job summary

Ant Marketing is hiring for a full-time, office-based B2B appointment setter at our Church Street office in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on generating qualified appointments for a leading insurance provider, requiring outbound calls and strong communication with decision-makers.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, with a clear pathway for career progression and comprehensive training in our academy to help you develop skills and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum 12 months telesales or face-to-face sales experience.
• Confident handling outbound B2B calls in a regulated sector (insurance experience desirable but not essential).
• Enjoy connecting with people and identifying potential customers.
• Motivated by targets and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our insurance client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments.
• Engage decision-makers professionally and confidently.
• Maintain high quality and compliance in all conversations.
• Report to Team Manager and represent the client’s brand professionally.
• Office-based role at our Church Street office; 40 hours per week, 8am–8pm, Monday–Friday.
