Ant Marketing is seeking a proactive telesales professional for a full-time, office-based role at our Church Street office. You will generate qualified B2B appointments for a leading insurance provider, handling outbound calls in a regulated sector.

You’ll work 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm, with comprehensive training and clear progression paths within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Minimum 12 months telesales or F2F sales experience.
• Comfort handling outbound B2B calls in a regulated sector (insurance experience desirable).
• Enjoy connecting with people and identifying potential customers.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound B2B calls to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments.
• Engage decision-makers professionally and confidently.
• Maintain high quality and compliance in conversations.
• Report to Team Manager and represent the client’s brand professionally.
