Overview

Azure Infrastructure SRE Lead

Upto £500.00 Per Day - Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Location: 1 day per week in Woking

Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency of systems and services deployed on the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform.
• Combine deep expertise in Azure infrastructure with software engineering principles, leadership, and a focus on automation to manage complex, large-scale systems.
• Support a critical migration and platform enhancement project for an AI Corporation; the migration is part of a multi-hundred-million dollar programme.

Tech stack

Azure (.NET / Azure SQL Database / Azure Functions).

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and strong software engineering principles.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive automation in large-scale environments.
• Recent, relevant experience in the areas above.
• Hands-on experience with Azure technologies including .NET, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
