Job summary

Capgemini in the UK is seeking an experienced Microsoft Azure DevOps / Platform Engineer to lead enterprise-scale cloud transformations. You will design and manage Azure DevOps pipelines, automation, and cloud platform solutions, mentoring engineers and collaborating with delivery teams and partners.

This hybrid role focuses on secure, scalable architectures, DevSecOps practices, and AI-enabled delivery. You will drive platform reliability, governance, and best practices across client

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Azure DevOps and Platform Engineering solutions.
CI/CD pipeline design and automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitHub Actions.
Strong infra-as-code skills with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services, containerisation and Kubernetes.
Experience embedding DevSecOps practices and security controls.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation and management of Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud platforms.
Define DevOps strategies and roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
Act as primary technical advisor for DevOps initiatives and mentor teams.
Drive adoption of DevSecOps across software and infrastructure lifecycles.
Collaborate with development, QA, security and operations teams to improve release velocity.
