Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Microsoft Azure DevOps / Platform Engineer to deliver enterprise-scale cloud transformation programmes. You will design and implement secure, scalable Azure platforms, lead engineering teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, while embedding security and reliability into delivery.

You will champion DevSecOps, automation, and cloud-native practices, mentoring engineers and contributing to capability growth within Capgemini's Azure practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise Azure DevOps and Platform Engineering solutions.
• Hands-on with IaC (Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates) and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, cloud-native architectures, containers, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud platform solutions.
• Define DevOps strategies and roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
• Mentor DevOps and Platform Engineers across large-scale delivery programmes.
