Job summary

Capgemini is expanding its Cloud & Custom Applications team. We seek a senior Azure Cloud Engineer with 10+ years of experience to architect and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms across Azure and GCP, with AWS integration as needed.

• 10 years of experience in DevOps Cloud Platform Engineering or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate secure, scalable, and resilient cloud platforms across Azure and GCP, with AWS integration as needed.
• Design and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins and cloud-native tooling.
• Build reusable Infrastructure as Code modules with Terraform, focusing on state management and governance.
• Deploy and manage container workloads on AKS and GKE, with practical AWS support.
• Own artifact lifecycle management using Nexus and repository strategy across platforms.
• Implement DevSecOps controls including SAST/DAST, secret management and policy-as-code.
• Define release strategies, environment promotion flows, and audit-ready deployment processes.
• Establish observability with logs, metrics, traces, and proactive alerts across cloud-native apps.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements to reduce outages.
