Capgemini’s Cloud Native Hyperscaler Azure team is seeking an experienced and passionate Microsoft Azure DevOps / Platform Engineer to help deliver enterprise‑scale cloud transformation programmes for some of the world’s leading organisations. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, enabling you to shape DevOps strategy, drive platform engineering excellence, and influence cloud‑native delivery across complex client environments.
You will play a key role in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and automated Azure platforms, leading engineering teams, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Working closely with delivery teams, architects, developers, operations specialists, and Microsoft partners, you'll help clients accelerate software delivery while embedding security, quality, and reliability into every stage of the development lifecycle.
As a senior member of our Azure practice, you'll also contribute to capability growth, support pre‑sales activities, mentor engineers, and help shape the future of DevOps, platform engineering, and AI‑enhanced delivery within Capgemini.
