Job summary

McFall Recruitment Limited is seeking a Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer to design, operate and enhance secure Azure cloud platforms across the business. You’ll work with Azure PaaS, IaC, DevOps tooling and supplier-facing governance to support the Client Onboarding platform from development through production.

You will collaborate with IT, development teams and third-party partners to ensure secure, scalable deployments, IaC pipelines, and robust monitoring.

Qualifications

• Design and support secure, scalable Azure architectures aligned to Landing Zone principles.
• Provide operational support across App Services, API Management, Azure SQL, Key Vault and storage.
• Develop and review Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform, ARM).
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Strengthen identity, access and secrets management with RBAC and Key Vault.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Azure networking, VNets, Private Endpoints, NSGs and DNS.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash or Python.
• Maintain clear documentation, runbooks and operational procedures.
• Support cloud cost optimisation and platform hygiene.
