Job summary

ServiceNow in the UK and Ireland seeks a Director of UKI CRM Solution Consulting to lead the day-to-day pre-sales engine for CRM across the UK, Ireland, and Scotland. You will manage first-line Solution Consulting managers and their teams, setting plans, removing blockers, and ensuring alignment with CRM peers to accelerate deals.

You will recruit and develop leaders, coach on POV execution, and drive POV/value-centric selling while traveling up to 40% to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a leadership role in Solution Consulting or a comparable pre-sales function.
• Credible on the deals: scope POV, architecture questions, or join customer calls.
• Proven record of owning and delivering against ACV/NNACV targets in SaaS.
• Experience leading distributed teams across UK, Ireland, and Scotland.
• Working understanding of CRM market and AI/automation impact.
• Fluency with AI and automation tools to streamline work.
• Experience moving from demo-centric to POV/value-centric selling.
• Clear, direct communication and ability to set standards.
• Talent-focused leader able to recruit, develop and retain leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field.
• Travel up to 40% across UK, Ireland, and Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Own the number and deliver CRM NNACV for UKI with first-line managers.
• Forecast win rates, assess deal readiness, raise risks early.
• Focus SC time on opportunities, use cases, and industries with fastest wins.
• Maintain current view of active opportunities, stages, and next steps.
• Join key customer discussions where credibility is needed.
• Escalate blockers and protect team time; clarify scope and resources.
• Lead and develop first-line leaders and ICs with regular feedback.
• Keep the team motivated and aligned with selling peers.
• Drive POV-centric selling and Forward Deployed Engineer model adoption.
• Connect field to CRM product with deal-level examples.
