Job summary

DHL Supply Chain at Luton Airport is seeking a Training and Resourcing Manager to coordinate training schedules across the campus and ensure safe, compliant delivery of all training. You will work closely with planning and resourcing to meet recruitment needs and onboard new colleagues.

The role involves managing Trainers and admins, maintaining training standards across security requirements, and driving continuous improvement through risk assessments and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience working in training/recruitment is desired.
• AET (desirable).
• Aviation and Compliance knowledge.
• Are confident dealing with challenging situations.
• Work well within a team and have excellent communication skills.
• Are willing to attend a medical appointment.

Responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for the training schedule for the entire campus.
• Devise and implement training courses ensuring safety-related delivery.
• Coordinate with planning and resourcing to meet recruitment numbers and onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with training standards and security training changes.
• Manage a team of Trainers and administrators.
• Support Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work related to training content.
• Deploy a wide range of training and resourcing methods within the team.
• Forecast recruitment needs with planning to avoid operational impact.
• Audit training and recruitment paperwork for internal/external audits.
• Ensure colleagues have correct enhanced background checks and airside passes.
• Conduct regular 1-1s with direct reports for career development.
