Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the UK is seeking Head of Operational Performance to drive operational, customer and financial success of our Aviation & Travel business at a major airport site. You will lead data-driven performance improvements and partner with senior leaders to optimise productivity and service outcomes.

Working within an airport environment, you will steer budgeting, forecasting and KPI delivery while championing continuous improvement and a high-performance culture across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational performance, business improvement or operational leadership within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern operational and financial performance frameworks, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and drive improvements.
• Drive performance review processes and hold stakeholders accountable for delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, service quality and profitability.
• Partner with leadership teams to identify root causes of gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance to ensure cost control and targets.
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
