A leading logistics company based in the UK is seeking a Training Content Developer to design and develop interactive online training packages. Overview

Join to apply for the Training Content Developer role at DHL Supply Chain.

Pay Rate: £30,000 - £34,000

Grade: M

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Location: Home Based with some travel required to sites in the UK

Security note: The role will involve visits to airports. You may be required to undergo a security/background check if you are successful.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive online training packages
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) across multiple UK & Ireland locations
• Manage data updates for new business or changes within existing operations
• Create and produce videos and still images to enhance training content
• Build and develop tailored reports for different sectors
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines
• Apply understanding of Ground Handling Operations and Regulatory Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience with digital learning systems (desirable)
• Experience within the aviation industry (desirable)
• Background in Training or Media sectors (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills
• Driving license (essential for travel)

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:

• Provide five years' address history
• Provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
