Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational plans to support customer volumes, priorities and service requirements.
• Coordinate and deliver training for new starters and existing colleagues in line with site standards.
• Maintain training matrices and ensure compliance with mandatory and customer-specific training.
• Review performance and resource requirements to ensure adequate labour planning and skills coverage.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through coaching and development.
