DHL Aviation at London Heathrow Airport is seeking an Operations Transport Supervisor to lead the safe and efficient movement of freight and airline equipment. You will manage a team of drivers and colleagues, coordinate transport activities and support the Transport Manager to hit KPIs.
You will ensure safety compliance, monitor driver hours, and drive continuous improvement across the site while delivering excellent service. flexibly cover shifts including evenings and nights as required.

As an Operations Transport Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely movement of freight, aircraft equipment, and transport resources across the operation. You will coordinate transport activities to support airline and network requirements, manage and develop a team of drivers and operational colleagues, and work closely with the Transport Manager to achieve operational KPI targets. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, service performance, and people leadership, you will help maintain a smooth-running operation while supporting continuous improvement across the site.
