Job summary

Bostonair Group is seeking an Aviation Resourcer to support the Line Maintenance division based at our head office in Beverley, East Yorkshire, UK. You will build and maintain a reliable pipeline of qualified, compliant candidates for current and future requirements.

The role involves regular communication with candidates, developing long‑term relationships, maintaining records in the CRM, and coordinating recruitment and compliance steps, mobilisation, travel, and references in line with

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade A*-C/4-9.
• L4 Administration qualification.
• Experience in recruitment or resourcing helpful.
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a development candidate pool for line maintenance roles.
• Keep wider Recruitment and Line Maintenance teams informed of candidate status and availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM, including licences and compliance status.
• Provide a weekly snapshot/report on development candidates and availability for planned work.
• Respond to candidate and contractor enquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with Bostonair procedures for compliant candidates.
• Coordinate references and complete employment checks for candidates.
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm requirements and timelines.
• Support the Marketing team in advertising roles across social media and relevant job boards.
• Coordinate accommodation, travel and mobilisation arrangements for candidates.
