Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in the United Kingdom is seeking an Aviation Security Team Co-Ordinator to develop collaborative relationships with the aviation security team and support management in daily operations.

The role requires monitoring training compliance, rostering support, and managing the Airport Gateway system in line with UK Aviation Security requirements. You will contribute to continuous improvement and delivery of security services.

Qualifications

• Current UK Driving License (no endorsements).
• Willing to achieve SC Clearance.
• Right to work in the UK; 5-year checkable history; pass a high level of security clearance.
• Proficient in Google packages and IT literate/competent.
• Demonstrate experience of excellent Team leadership & management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure Training Matrix and Airport gateway compliance with UK Aviation Security regulations.
• Assist with rostering and general administration for the Aviation management team.
• Administer and manage the Airport Gateway system per UK Aviation Security requirements.
• Ensure the site is managed to agreed levels and report issues to the Aviation service delivery manager.
• As instructed by the Aviation Compliance Manager, assist and support Aviation projects.
• Complete all mandatory specialist training and maintain training records as required.
• Monitor training requirements and deliver training to officers as needed.
• Create, Innovate and drive improvements across the Aviation Security function.
• Implement and maintain training records for new and existing employees.
