Mitie Group plc. in the United Kingdom seeks an Aviation Security Team Co-Ordinator for the Broughton site. The role runs 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £37,500 per year and opportunities to grow within a dynamic security team.

You will build relationships with the aviation security team, ensure compliance with UK regulations, help with rostering and admin, and support security projects while maintaining training records and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK and 5-year checkable history with high-level security clearance.
• Hold a current clean UK Driving Licence.
• Willing to undergo colour deficiency test at interview to interpret X-Ray colours.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative relationships with the Aviation security team.
• Monitor and ensure Training Matrix and Airport gateway compliance with UK Aviation Security regulations.
• Assist with rostering and general administration for the Aviation management team.
• Admin and management of the Airport Gateway system per UK Aviation Security compliance.
• Ensure the site is managed to the agreed levels and report issues to the Aviation service delivery manager.
• Assist and support Aviation projects as instructed by the Airbus UK Aviation Compliance Manager.
• Complete all mandatory & required specialist training for the role.
• Monitor training requirements and deliver training to officers as required.
• Create, innovate and drive improvement across the Aviation Security function.
• To implement and maintain training records for new and existing employees.
