Job summary

Executive Jet Charter ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Operations & Charter Sales Assistant to support flight operations at Farnborough Airport. This entry-level role offers exposure to the corporate aviation industry and hands-on learning in flight planning, trip handling, and charter quotations.

You will work with Senior Controllers to gain insights into global flight planning and sales, with standard hours and occasional on-call duties as experience grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation helps but is not mandatory.
• Strong communication and attention to detail required.
• Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Flight Monitoring: Track live aircraft movements and ensure schedule adherence.
• Crew Support: Coordinate hotel bookings, ground transport, and rosters.
• Ground Handling: Arrange slots, services, and fuelling for destinations.
• Overflight Permissions: Assist with diplomatic clearances and permits.
• Weather & NOTAMs: Monitor weather data and NOTAMs for crews.
• System Updates: Maintain data in Flight Management System.
• Communication: Act as central contact for crew, clients, and authorities.
• Charter Quotations: Prepare quotes for brokers and clients.
• Environment: Fully office-based at Farnborough.
• Standard Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00.
• On-Call Duties: Occasional on-call after gaining experience.
