Menzies Aviation at Gatwick is seeking a flight refuelling coordinator to allocate flights to operators for fuel, communicate fuel figures, and ensure on-time departures with minimal disruption. You will liaise with airlines and handling agents to meet fuel demands and support smooth operations at the airport.

The role emphasizes health and safety, proactive planning, and effective communication in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange aircraft refuelling to ensure timely departures and minimal disruption.
• Liaise with customers, airlines and handling agents for fuel requirements.
• Monitor flights and provide progress reports to operations.
• Operate the i6 system to track schedule changes and communicate updates to refuellers.
• Plan safe operator and flight allocations using the i6 Gannt chart.
• Reallocate staff during disruptions and communicate changes to customers.
• Work with the supervisor/manager to ensure smooth daily fuelling operations.
• Comply with health, safety and regulatory requirements; report incidents promptly.
