Job summary

Volantes Technical Recruitment Ltd in Wales is seeking an Aircraft Refueller/Handler to ensure aircraft are correctly positioned and fuelled to support Flight Operations and Base Maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include refuelling per JIG and safety standards, maintaining Health & Safety, delivering precise fuel quantities, and adhering to regulatory procedures. The role requires vigilance, teamwork, and robust communication in a busy operations environment.

Qualifications

• Aircraft refuelling experience required.
• Aircraft handling experience required.
• Health and safety awareness and respect is essential.
• Experience of supporting busy Flight Operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle and refuel aircraft in line with JIG and safety requirements, including rotors running refuels.
• Ensure Health and Safety is maintained at all times.
• Supply fuel to aircraft using tanker vehicles and verify correct quantities.
• Operate in accordance with JIG, IATA, Airport, Health & Safety, HM Customs and ASIG regulations.
• Carry out vehicle checks and document any defects or incidents.
• Report incidents and provide required reports.
