Responsibilities

• Operate the i6 system to track schedule changes and communicate updates to refuellers.
• Plan safe operator and flight allocations using the i6 Gannt chart.
• Reallocate staff during disruptions and communicate changes to customers.
• Work with the supervisor/manager to ensure smooth daily fuelling operations.
• Comply with health, safety and regulatory requirements; report incidents promptly.

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for the allocation of flights to the operator for refuel of aircraft. Responsible for communicating fuel figures to aid the operation to in smooth delivery, meeting all SLA's without delay.

What you will be doing

• Arranging the refuelling of aircraft, ensuring that aircraft are refuelled in time for their scheduled departures and that minimal disruption is caused by the refuelling.
• Liaising with customers, airlines and handling agents for fuel requirements.
• Monitoring arrival and departing flights via CDM, gathering information and issuing flight progress reports.
• Monitoring and operating company i6 system for any change in schedule and providing details of these changes to the Aircraft Refuellers.
• Planning safe, successful operator and flight allocation via i6 Gannt chart.
• In the event of disruption or unplanned staff or vehicle shortages, re-allocate staff to the different aircrafts and communicate with the customer.
• Work closely with the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the fuelling operation on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure all provisions of Health & Safety legislation and any other legislation and regulations governing the work of staff are fully complied with.
• Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of accidents and near-misses.
• Act as a company/office Fire Warden and account for staff on site in event of a fire or fire drill.
