Job summary

Spire Global seeks a Sales Manager to own revenue growth across the Middle East and Asia‑Pacific, building a robust partner ecosystem and direct government sales in two fast‑growing aviation markets. You will manage complex, multi‑stakeholder procurements and expand into integrated product offerings such as Aviation + Weather and RFGL.

You will operate with regional autonomy, travel up to 50%, and collaborate across product, legal, and customer success teams to align solutions with buyer needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales or business development selling data products, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Experience selling to governments (B2G) and through partners (B2B2G).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory: build and execute a territory plan across the Middle East and Asia‑Pacific.
• Hunt relentlessly to meet and exceed targets through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Sell to and through the partner ecosystem (B2B2G) with contractors, integrators, and data companies.
• Build the reseller channel and negotiate agreements for scalable indirect revenue.
• Sell direct to government agencies and defense/security organizations with tailored solutions.
• Lead responses to tenders, RFPs, and RFIs with multi‑stakeholder teams.
• Develop deep product expertise to communicate value to technical and executive audiences.
