Job summary

Spire is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to own revenue growth for its aviation portfolio across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. You will build a territory plan, hunt with high-velocity outbound activity, and sell through partners and direct government accounts.

You will develop deep domain expertise in Spire’s aviation APIs and historical flight data, while expanding into integrated offerings such as Aviation + Weather and RFGL as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or business development selling data products, SaaS, or tech to MEA/APAC markets.
• Proven B2G and partner ecosystem sales experience with contractors, systems integrators, and data integrators.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and negotiating complex deals with multi-stakeholder government buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own territory planning across Middle East and Asia-Pacific, mapping ecosystem and procurement vehicles.
• Hunt and close through direct and partner channels, including government tenders and RFIs.
• Develop reseller/distributor strategies with data integrators and software companies.
• Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and partnerships; manage long, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Build and maintain executive relationships across cultures and time zones.
