Job summary

Flexjet in the United Kingdom seeks a Crew Dispatcher to manage legality, positioning, and logistics for crew, ensuring accurate bookings and 24/7 coverage.

You will verify Day 0 to Day 5 crew positioning, arrange accommodations and travel, run security and operations reports, and coordinate with Flight Operations and Ground Ops to keep schedules intact and compliant.

Role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights and weekends as part of a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in aviation crew scheduling, dispatch, or operations support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations.
• Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on safety, compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for crew, managing incoming calls, inbox requests, and operational support.
• Verify and update crew positioning from Day 0 to Day +5 with bookings and confirmations.
• Verify hotel accommodation for away-from-base crew and manage travel requests.
• Run and analyse SAFE and FTL reports to identify risks and communicate mitigations.
• Cross-check crew legality exceptions and secure required approvals.
• Verify ILC line checks for Day 0 to Day +5 for correct crew and LTC compliance.
• Test the endorsement module to maintain system functionality.
• Track daily flight operations and update duty times and Journey Log information.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Duty Managers, and Crew to resolve issues and schedule changes.
• Support disruption recovery with crew repositioning, accommodation, and transport.
• Maintain proactive communication to support legality, readiness, and schedule integrity.
• Prepare shift handovers with updates, actions, and risks.
