Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in aviation crew scheduling, dispatch, or operations support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for crew, handling calls and inbox requests.
• Verify and update crew positioning from Day 0 to Day +5 with booking accuracy.
• Arrange hotel accommodation and manage travel and lodging requests.
• Run and analyse safety and operational reports to identify risks and communicate mitigations.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations and Ground Operations to resolve disruptions.
• Prepare comprehensive shift handovers and communicate crew-related risks.
• Support disruption recovery with crew repositioning and transport.
• Ensure logs and checklists are completed with accurate duty times.
