Job summary

You will be the primary contact for crew, verify hotels and travel, monitor duty times, and collaborate with Flight Operations and Ground Operations to resolve disruptions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in aviation crew scheduling, dispatch, or operations support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented with safety and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for crew, managing incoming calls, inbox requests, and operational support.
• Proactively verify and update crew positioning for Day 0 to Day +5, ensuring bookings and confirmations are recorded.
• Verify hotel accommodation for crew away from base and manage travel arrangements as required.
• Run and analyse SAFE and FTL reports, identifying potential legality or operational risks and communicating mitigations to Scheduling and Ground Operations Management.
• Cross-check crew legality exceptions and ensure all required approvals are in place.
• Verify ILC line checks for Day 0 to Day +5, ensuring correct crew composition and LTC compliance.
• Test the endorsement module regularly to maintain system functionality and data integrity.
• Track daily flight operations and update the system with accurate duty times and Journey Log information; ensure all logs and checklists are completed.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Duty Managers, and Crew to resolve operational issues, disruptions, and schedule changes.
• Support disruption recovery by arranging crew repositioning, accommodation, and transport solutions as required.
• Maintain proactive communication with operational stakeholders to support crew legality, operational readiness, and schedule integrity.
• Prepare comprehensive shift handovers, highlighting operational updates, outstanding actions, and crew-related risks.
