Job summary

Flexjet LLC is looking for a highly organised Flight Dispatcher / Operations Controller in Farnborough. Your role will involve planning and monitoring flight operations to ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

You will work under a 4 on / 4 off rotation, with 12-hour shifts requiring flexibility for weekends and holidays. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, alongside an understanding of flight planning and aviation operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of flight planning and worldwide aviation operations; business aviation experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily flight operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare operational flight plans and manage changes in real-time.
• Liaise with flight crews and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
