Pineapple Careers is partnering with a respected aviation-focused organisation in West Sussex to recruit an Account Executive - Aviation Aftermarket. The role spans quotation, sourcing, and order completion across Airlines, MROs, Aircraft Leasing, and training sectors.

You will work in a hands-on environment with training, mentoring and clear career progression within an international aviation business. Office-based, full‑time, with a strong emphasis on customer service and end‑to‑end order

Qualifikationen

• Experience in aviation aftermarket or related sector.
• Strong sales administration and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.

Aufgaben

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Research the market and prepare competitive quotations.
• Source aircraft components and identify suitable solutions for customer requirements.
• Manage customer requirements and orders from enquiry through to completion.
• Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments to ensure delivery.
• Proactively resolve challenges relating to availability, lead times and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to customers throughout the order process.
