Job summary

Acron Aviation Solutions in Crawley is seeking an Industrial Placement Candidate to join the Aftermarket team. You will support the management of the aftermarket portfolio, help develop solutions, market technical offerings, and track performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Aftermarket Management Team and Engineering to drive improvements, coordinate marketing materials, and participate in strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a degree in Business Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of technical solutions to obsolescence on training devices and market the solutions.
• Track health and performance of the aftermarket using KPIs.
• Assess resourcing across the aftermarket portfolio and report capacity needs.
• Maintain professional communication with colleagues and business teams.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to discuss obsolescence solutions and tasks in SAP/JIRA.
• Assist Marketing to develop and share marketing materials via channels.
• Gather data to generate business performance metrics and reporting packs.
