Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Service Lead for ASB and Fraud to provide strategic direction on tenancy fraud, ASB, domestic abuse and tenancy enforcement. The role requires setting direction for managing tenancy fraud and ASB, with reporting to senior managers and delivering a compliant, cost-effective approach across regions.

The position is hybrid (home or local office) with travel across the region as required.

• Provide high level coordination and strategic direction on tenancy fraud, Anti-Social Behaviour and related enforcement actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate performance reports to senior managers.
• Deliver a strategic compliance and audit service aligned to tenancy fraud for Clarion cases.

Location: Home based/Local office - flexible

Salary: £54,263 - £68,830 (London) / £51,553 to £60,645 (South East) / £48,831 to £57,448 East/Mid/South and £46,125 to £54,262 (North)

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract until November 2027

We're seeking a Service Lead for ASB and Fraud to provide high level coordination and strategic direction on tenancy fraud, Anti-Social Behaviour, Domestic Abuse and legal action for tenancy enforcement.

As well as setting the strategic direction for managing tenancy Fraud and ASB the post holder will ensure timely and accurate performance reports are provided to senior managers. The Service Lead for ASB and Fraud will be responsible for delivering a strategic compliance and audit service aligned to tenancy fraud for Clarion cases and will ensure a consistent, cost effective, responsive and proportionate approach is in place to tackle ASB in all Clarion regions.

This is a hybrid role based either from home or nearest local office. You'll split your time between working from home and Clarion offices, specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
