Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a Registered Manager to lead and develop high-quality community-based complex care services for adults and children in their own homes. You will own service delivery, regulatory compliance and operational performance, working with carers, nurses, families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, person-centered care.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership and people-management experience.
Experience working with commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Act as the CQC Registered Manager and drive regulatory compliance.
Oversee complex care packages for adults and paediatric clients in the community.
Maintain high standards across care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding and clinical governance.
Lead and support care teams delivering in clients' homes.
Manage audits, incidents, complaints and quality improvement plans.
Support recruitment, retention, supervision and development of care staff.
