Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a complex care service in Newtown, Powys. You will oversee day-to-day operations, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth while maintaining high-quality complex care for adults and paediatric clients.

The role requires prior management within community complex care, a hands-on leadership style and the ability to work autonomously within an established service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within community complex care, supporting adults and/or paediatric packages.
• Experience managing operational teams and governance in healthcare.
• Strong client and family relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the complex care branch.
• Develop and manage Client Managers, Care Coordinators and administrative support.
• Maintain relationships with clients, families and external professionals.
• Drive service performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for sustainable growth of adult and paediatric care services.
