This is an opportunity to lead and develop high-quality care services supporting adults and children with complex needs in their own homes. The service supports individuals with a range of needs including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex healthcare requirements.
As the Registered Manager, you will take ownership of service delivery, regulatory compliance, quality and operational performance. You will work closely with carers, nurses, families, commissioners, case managers and multidisciplinary professionals while supporting the continued growth of community care packages.
You will have responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant delivery of community-based complex care services while helping the organisation continue to grow.
