Job summary

Premier Healthcare in Diss is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing home care branch. You will have full autonomy, manage operations, ensure CQC compliance, and drive high-quality person-centred care.

The role requires leadership capability, CQC knowledge, and Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care or progress toward it. This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 plus bonus, and strong support from the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role within the care sector, preferably domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and standards.
• Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for person-centred care.
• Confident leadership skills to inspire and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development of the Diss branch.
• Ensure CQC registration and compliance from day one.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals.
• Build relationships with customers, families and local stakeholders.
• Drive growth in care hours and maintain operational excellence.
