Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead an established mid-Wales complex care operation delivering adult and paediatric packages near Newtown and Welshpool. You will own day-to-day performance, shape service development and build trusted relationships with clients and families.

You will mobilise new packages, lead a team of care professionals, ensure high quality, compliant governance and drive sustainable growth within the branch.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within community complex care is essential.
• Strong knowledge of community complex care.
• Experience leading operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the complex care service
• Manage and develop Client Managers, Care Coordinators and administrative staff
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals
• Ensure operational issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
• Monitor staffing, care hours and overall service performance
• Drive improvements in quality, client experience and service delivery
• Support the mobilisation of new complex care packages
• Maintain strong regulatory, safeguarding and governance standards
• Work closely with clinical and senior operational colleagues
• Contribute to the sustainable growth of adult and paediatric services
