Accomplish Group is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our Midlands team in delivering high-quality residential care for adults with complex needs. You will manage a small, skilled team and work with our clinical and regional teams to maintain service excellence.

The role requires previous Registered Manager experience in residential care. We offer generous rewards and progression opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience as a Registered Manager within Residential care (≤140 chars).
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing (≤140 chars).
• Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within a Complex Needs setting (≤140 chars).
• Promotes independence, choice and respect (≤140 chars).
• Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice (≤140 chars).
