Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead supported living and community services in Hull. You will take full operational responsibility, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality person-centred support, while developing the services and team.

You will lead a dedicated team, build strong relationships with families and commissioners, and drive improvements to empower people to live meaningful lives with dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within supported living or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, legislation and best practice.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
• Experience of Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for delivering person-centred care and empowering people to live meaningful lives.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for supported living and community services across Hull.
• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing care and support team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and company policies.
• Oversee support planning, risk management, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
• Promote a positive, person-centred culture across the services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, commissioners, and other professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement and support the ongoing development of the services.
• Ensure the people supported are treated with dignity, choice, respect, and independence.
