Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to take ownership of an established domiciliary care service in Scunthorpe, United Kingdom. Qualifications

• Experience managing a domiciliary service.

• Highly motivated and driven.
• Visible and hands-on in your management approach.
• Confident dealing with safeguarding, compliance and operational challenges.
• Commercially aware with the ability to identify and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and accountability for the service
• Provide visible and hands-on leadership to the branch team
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance are managed effectively
• Support and develop the existing team through a period of change
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, staff and external stakeholders
• Ensure the service consistently delivers safe, high-quality care
• Identify opportunities to improve the service and drive it forward
• Effectively manage a large and complex domiciliary care operation
