An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to take full operational responsibility for a locality of Supported Living and Community services across Hull.
The service operates across five sites, supporting eight adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced manager who is comfortable with autonomy and accountability and is passionate about delivering outstanding, person‑centred support.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
- Take full operational responsibility for the Supported Living and Community services across Hull.
- Lead, manage and develop a high‑performing care and support team.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.
- Deliver outstanding, person‑centred outcomes for the people supported.
- Oversee support planning, risk management and quality assurance.
- Build positive relationships with families, commissioners and professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement and embed a positive service culture.
- Support the strategic expansion and development of services across the Hull region.
- Ensure every person supported is treated with dignity, choice and respect.
- Provide strong, values‑led leadership across the locality.
Key requirements of a Registered Manager:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living or similar services.
- Sound knowledge of CQC frameworks, legislation and best practice.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams.
- Organised and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support.
- Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs is highly desirable.
- Passion for empowering individuals to live full and meaningful lives.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent.
