You will take full operational responsibility for the branch and lead a high-performing team focused on exceptional person-centred care within the community.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within domiciliary or home care.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and development of a new domiciliary care branch.
• Hold CQC registration and ensure compliance from day one.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their own homes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community.
• Drive growth in care hours and establish a strong local reputation.
• Take full responsibility for branch performance, quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Foster a positive, supportive culture focused on exceptional care delivery.
